Executive Employment Disputes

As executive employment attorneys, we have helped both companies and employees (executives, corporate officers, managers, and private equity partners) in all manners of employment disputes while working at some of the most prestigious law firms in the country. Our experience includes cases involving alleged breaches of confidentiality agreements, breach of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, disputes related to termination and separation agreements, and the negotiation of terms related to severance agreements, equity buy-backs, and general business divorces.  In addition, we are able to provide counsel and advice on the drafting of employment and separation agreements and in the establishing of protocols and standard operating procedures within companies with no human resource divisions, to cover hiring, firing, and all manners of employment law questions.
